Dr. Long is a retired neurosurgeon from Johns Hopkins Hospital and is a well recognized expert in the field of Neurosurgery. He no longer performs surgeries. However, he does do patient consultations. The documents section of this website has some interesting information related to Dr. Feigenbaum's procedure. I cannot verify it's authenticity, but I can say the letter describing the surgery is consistent with what Dr. Feigenbaum told me at my appointment on 10/8/15.
